• A reminder that patch tests are your responsibility, please make sure to book an arrange a patch test prior to your lash appointment if necessary. 

• Please note that refunds are not available in any situation. If you encounter any problems with your lashes, kindly notify me within 72 hours so that I can address the issue and make necessary adjustments. However, if you experience any issues after the 72-hour window, it may be due to retention problems resulting from aftercare.

. No shows will be requested to pay treatment price in full 

. To confirm your booking please contact me atleast 24hours prior and I will allocate my address. For safety reasons I won't send my address without a confirmation of appointment from your behalf. 

. If I don't receive a text back or confirmation I will assume you are a no show and fill your slot.
